Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PULZ platform operated by PULZ ("we", "us", "our"). By using PULZ, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

PULZ connects brands with content creators ("advocates" or "creators") for social media collaborations. Brands create campaigns ("quests") and product listings on the PULZ Store. Creators join these campaigns, create content, and earn rewards including cashback, discount codes, and free products.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use PULZ.

Creators: You sign up using your Google account and must connect a valid Instagram Business or Creator account during onboarding. You authorize PULZ to access your Instagram profile and media data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Brands: You sign up using Instagram or Google and connect your Shopify store to enable purchase-triggered campaigns and reward fulfillment.

3. Creator Obligations

As a creator on PULZ, you agree to:

• Create original content that meets the brand's specified requirements
• Not submit content created by others or generated entirely by AI tools
• Follow the content guidelines, required hashtags, and mentions specified in each collaboration
• Use the same email for Shopify purchases and your PULZ account when participating in purchase-based collaborations
• Not manipulate engagement metrics, use fake followers, or employ bots
• Post content to your actual Instagram account as required by the collaboration

4. Brand Obligations

As a brand on PULZ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign details, product information, and content requirements
• Honor the rewards and cashback amounts specified in your campaigns and listings
• Review submitted content in a timely manner when manual review is required
• Not use creator content beyond the scope agreed in the collaboration
• Maintain active Shopify webhook connections for purchase verification

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of the content they create. By submitting content through PULZ, creators grant the collaborating brand a non-exclusive license to use, repost, and promote the content on their own channels as specified in the campaign. PULZ does not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

The PULZ name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

6. Rewards & Payments

Rewards (discount codes, cashback, products) are issued by the brand through PULZ. PULZ facilitates reward generation and delivery but the brand is ultimately responsible for fulfillment.

AI-based cashback: When a campaign uses AI content verification, the cashback amount may be scaled based on the AI quality score (e.g., 90% score on a 30% max cashback = 27% actual cashback). This is disclosed to creators before they join.

PULZ is not liable for reward disputes between brands and creators.

7. AI Content Verification

PULZ uses AI (powered by Google Gemini) to verify content submissions against brand requirements. The AI evaluates hashtag compliance, mention compliance, product visibility, content relevance, and sentiment.

AI scores are used to determine auto-approval eligibility and cashback amounts. These scores are advisory — brands may override AI decisions with manual review. AI verification is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

8. Shopify Integration

Brands connect their Shopify store to enable purchase verification and discount code generation. PULZ registers webhooks to detect purchases and generates discount codes via the Shopify API. PULZ processes Shopify data in accordance with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Submit fake, plagiarized, or AI-generated content as your own
• Manipulate the AI verification system or game quality scores
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or automated access the platform without permission
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getpulz.app. Upon deletion, we will remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

PULZ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that collaborations will result in specific outcomes, that AI verification is error-free, or that the platform will be uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PULZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of PULZ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
